Chandigarh – The Punjab Government today transferred 14 IAS officers with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesman said that Mrs. Seema Jain has been posted as Principal Secretary, Governance Reforms and Public Grievances and in addition Principal Secretary Higher Education & Languages. Similarly, Mr. Dipinder Singh has been posted as Secretary, Elections and in addition Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala and in addition Commissioner, Gurudwara Elections, Punjab.
Divulging more, the spokesman said that Mr. Rahul Tiwari has been posted as Secretary, Employment Generation & Training and in addition Mission Director, Punjab Skill Development Mission relieving Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Tewari of the additional charge and in addition Commissioner, Roopnagar Division, Roopnagar relieving Mr. Ravindra Kumar Kaushik of the additional charge and in addition Nodal Officer, Anti Drug Abuse Camapaign (Department of Home). The services of Mr. Vijay Namdeorao Zade have been placed at the disposal of the Department of Agriculture for posting as Secretary, Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board and in addition Secretary, Expenditure (Department of Finance). Mr. Ravindra Kumar Kaushik has been posted as Secretary, Power & New and Renewable Energy Sources and nin addition Commissioner, Faridkot Division, Faridkot.
Disclosing more, the spokesman said that Mr. Rajat Agarwal has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion and in addition Managing Director, Punjab Infotech and in addition Director, Information Technology and in addition Managing Director Punjab Infrastructure Development Board relieving Mr. Vijay Namdeorao Zade of the additional charge. The services of Mrs. Kavita Singh have been placed at the disposal of the Department of Housing and Urban Development for posting as Chief Administrator, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority, SAS Nagar and in addition Director Town and Country Planning relieving Mr. Ajoy Sharma of these additional charges upon her return from leave.
Mr. Basant Garg has been posted as Director, Employment Generation & Training and in addition Mission Director, Ghar Ghar Rozgar relieving Mr. Rahul Tiwari of these additional charges. Mr. C. Sibin has been posted as Director, Industries and Commerce, Punjab and in addition Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce.
Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur Sapra has been posted as Director, Social Security and Development of Women and Children and in addition Special Secretary, Social Security and Development of Women and Children relieving Mrs. Amrit Kaur Gill of these additional charges. The services of Mr. Manjit Singh Brar have been placed at the disposal of the Department of Agriculture for posting as Managing Director Punjab Agro Industries Corporation LTD. Relieving Mr. Vijay Namdeorao Zade of this additional charge and in addition Mission Director Food Processing relieving Mr. Gaggandip Singh Brar of this additional charge and in addition Managing Director Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals LTD.
